Saskia Falken is a South African award-winning broadcaster and marketer with over 20 years’ experience behind the mic and in the boardroom, shaping brand and content strategies for some of the country’s most respected institutions, including Daily Maverick, Kfm 94.5, CapeTalk, Heart FM, and the UCT Graduate School of Business.

She holds an MBA from the UCT Graduate School of Business and is trained in Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™, enabling her to combine strategic acumen with a human-centred leadership style rooted in courage, empathy, and authenticity.

Beyond her broadcast and media career, Saskia is the founder of Falken Media, delivering bespoke content services and serves as strategic media lead for Hout Bay United Football Club. Her latest project, a podcast with News 24 “The Odds in Our Favour” spotlights ordinary South Africa’s doing great things.

A breast cancer survivor, she is also a committed advocate for regular health screenings. Known for her distinctive voice and commanding presence, Saskia brings conversations to life across stages and airwaves.
