Bio

Lea Vivier is an acclaimed South African actress known for her lead roles in the Showmax originals Dam and The Day We Didn’t Meet. She has appeared in numerous local television shows, films, and soapies. She won Best Actress in a Feature Film at the 2017 Silwerskermfees for her lead role in the acclaimed film Wonderlus, and she was also named Best Actress in a Short Film by the Five Continents International Film Festival for her lead role in the film Runner. Lea, who is fluent in Afrikaans, English, and Spanish, graduated with a degree in the Dramatic Arts and English Literature from Rhodes University in 2015. Aside from her thriving career as an actress, she does voice work for radio and television, as well as a vast amount of voice dubbing. Lea lives for her vocation and is at her utmost happiest either in front of the camera, on stage, or in the recording studio.
