My name is Sisanda Ntshinga and I've always referred to myself as a journalist until recently. My journey as a writer has evolved and my storytelling has expanded into other spaces which have now coined me the title 'slasher'.  Just like my name Sisanda (which means we're still growing) my journey is a constant affirmation of growth.  I started out as a journalist – first in newspapers then magazines, television then finally digital. Now as a writer, editor, voiceover artist, facilitator, podcaster and MC I've come to understand that change has been my biggest gift yet. My life is ever evolving  but my passion is to always tell heartfelt stories - no matter the platform. My first voiceover job  was for a radio commercial for Shoprite in 2016 and I have been one of their commercial Xhosa voices to date. I have since also done commercial radio work for Medirite pharmacy, Ackermans and Checkers. I now also do voiceover work for corporates, online campaigns, narrations and animation explainers and some of my clients include Jet Online, Redbull, Vula Mobile, WWF, Southern African Food Labs, Vula Mobile,  and Metropolitan.
