For as long as he can remember, Jonah has been a performer and storyteller. South African by birth but raised in Lusaka, Zambia, he spent countless hours on stage in school productions like All Shook Up, The Wiz, and Aladdin. His passion for performance carried through to university, where he appeared in pieces at the Harare International Festival of the Arts, the student showcase at Bard College Berlin, and AFDA Cape Town.

 Jonah graduated with a BA in Motion Picture, specialising in editing and sound design, earning a place on the Dean’s List. Alongside his studies, he continued acting in short films and theatre productions.

 Now based in Cape Town, Jonah has appeared in local and international TV shows, short films, and features including Suidooster, Average Joe (Season 2), Spinners (Season 2), the DAME DAME Promise music video, and local films Be Afraid and Future Tense.

 With several years of professional voice-over and dubbing experience at studios like Blended Audio, Jonah has worked across documentary, corporate, and narrative projects. His dubbing credits include roles such as Viktor in the Russian series The Policeman’s Wife and Jalaluddin in the Turkish epic Mendirman Jaloliddin.

 Jonah’s voice is as adaptable as his imagination, equally at home narrating a heartfelt documentary, voicing a slick corporate spot, or bringing larger-than-life characters to life.
