JP is a passionate actor, director and voice artist. After completing his studies in Drama- and Theatre Arts in 2003 (UFS), he lectured in Voice and Speech for four years. During this period, he toured extensively with theatre productions to most local festivals with an average of six/seven productions yearly. Highlights include the three-year international lead in Cor, die ander van Gogh (Belgium, Amsterdam), Zollie, Drif and Lewensreg, all nominated and/or awarded. In 2016 JP can be seen onscreen in Ons Stories’s Die Monster and Deon Opperman’s Fluiters. Previous credits include films Bond of Blood, Suiderkruis, an arch at Sewende Laan, numerous television appearances, theatre- and radio credits. JP lives in Johannesburg.
